Joining the Cherry Air A.L.E.R.T.S. bidding system is an easy two step process. 
First, enter your carrier information below.
Second, send one copy each of your valid Air Carrier Certificate and Certificate of Insurance to the administration staff via e-mail or fax: (972) 380-2344.

An A.L.E.R.T.S. administrator will verify your information and enter your aircraft tail numbers into the system.  You will receive notification when all of your details are entered and your account is activated.

 How should we alert you?
  Auto Refresh the Current RFQ Screen every minutes.
  Play Sound when a new RFQ posting displays on the Current RFQ Screen.
* Fax A.L.E.R.T. (When available) - Send new posting alerts to your fax.
  Email A.L.E.R.T. - Send new posting alerts to your e-mail address(es). (For multiple recipients, separate each address with a semicolon.)
  Pop-Up A.L.E.R.T. - When the Current RFQ Screen refreshes and has a newly posted RFQ, alert you with a pop-up message box.
SMS A.L.E.R.T. - Send a small text message to your Small Messaging Service equipped digital phone or alpha numeric pager. Provide the device's e-mail address, for best service, or the 10-digit phone number.
For multiple devices, use a semicolon between each address.
You are responsible for any charges incurred with receiving each text alert. Check with your carrier or service provider for information about text messaging. This alert method may be removed or disrupted without warning, since third party services are involved. You may use this button to verify that the SMS device address you provided works with our system.
 
 Registered Aircraft Identification
 

Please enter the type and tail number for each aircraft that you will use in bids on this system. Place a comma between the aircraft type and the tail number.

How will you log in to the system?

Login Name:

 Make note of your Login Name and Password.  Use them each time you access the A.L.E.R.T.S. system.  You must enter a password.  Only numbers and letters are acceptible password characters.  Please do not use symbols or spaces.

 Re-enter your password to verify that you entered it properly.

Screen Name:

 The screen name displays for you and for A.L.E.R.T.S. administrators.  It is usually accompanied by your carrier name.
